Thanksgiving is the week after this class and it’s time for a new Christmas/Winter decoration piece! You know you have some things in your Christmas decor that have seen better days. There’s no time like the present to replace them and this little Holiday piece is just the thing! You’ll use collage, stamps, paint, and decorative scrapbook paper to create this little piece that can sit or hang just about anywhere your heart desires!

With Thanksgiving being so late this year, we decided we could do one more Art Journal Saturday class. This one is simpler than it looks and a great way to relax before you jump into the cooking, baking and decorating tasks that start the following week! Maura will give you 4 steps to get you started and then you’ll know just where you want to take it. This will be the last Art Journal Saturday of the year, but get ready for more Art Journal Fun after Christmas with guest artist Lauren Bear who is has already been working on a fun new way to art journal in the new year!

Tradition! Yes, this is a class that has become a traditional event. Everyone needs gift tags for Christmas and every year Lisa comes up with a whole new batch. You’ll make 12 tags and can purchase the stamps and products used to make even more. It’s fun and each one is unique and special!

This class was taught last year, but quite a large number of people requested it be offered again. This trio of tree cradled boards are shown in a whimsical color palette, but you can use traditional colors if you wish. Lisa will offer a variety of paint colors to create your very own unique version. These decorative pieces make a great hostess gift as a trio or separated and given as a unique single.

Once again, a large number of friends asked for one more card class. Lisa has created these 4 cards which can be used for any occasion you can imagine during the winter season. You will love using these cards as thank you cards for gifts you have received if you wish.

This is the day when we will reveal the January classes. We have a FREE Make ‘n Take and some refreshments to enjoy so grab a friend and share the fun.

CLASS FEES:

Class fees are due at the time of enrollment. Lisa takes cash, checks and sends PayPal invoices. If you are in the store when she is here, she can take credit cards. Payment of class fees guarantees your enrollment in class. “Reservations” are not guaranteed until class fees are paid. If class reaches capacity, “reservations” will be placed on the wait list immediately and can only be added back if there is a cancellation.

CLASS KIT:

You are required to bring a kit of basic paper crafting supplies. Your kit should include (but is not limited to) such things as a black ink pad, embossing ink pad, your favorite paper glue, favorite adhesive (tape runner or double sided tape), scissors, sponges or daubers for edging, pencil and bone folder. Please feel free to add any other suppies you feel you need for paper crafter. All products needed for your basic kit can be purchased at the store.
